Want to make an unforgettable impression with floating letters in the pool at a wedding, birthday party, gender reveal or corporate event? Nothing is more frustrating than letters drifting all over the place in the wind or current. These crystal-clear acrylic strips keep your letters neatly aligned, stable and floating side by side.

Because the connecting strips are completely transparent, they’re barely noticeable in the water. This makes it look as though the letters are magically balancing on the water’s surface as one solid piece!

How does it work? Attaching them is really easy. Arrange the polystyrene letters in the right order, face down, next to each other. Apply glue to the letters with a hot glue gun and press the acrylic strip firmly against the back or bottom. Let it dry thoroughly, and your letters are ready to go in the pool!

Choose your desired size:

Large letters have a maximum height of 60 cm and a maximum thickness of 30 cm. Mega letters have a height between 65 cm and 120 cm and a thickness between 5 cm and 95 cm.
Important information
  • Cut-out: Due to our production method, there is a small cut-out in every closed shape or letter (such as Q, R, O, P).
  • Color selection: We use official RAL color codes. Because a computer screen may display colors slightly differently, the RAL code always takes precedence.
  • Is your desired color not listed? Let us know! We are happy to help you find the right color for your product.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by country. During checkout, the exact shipping costs for your location are calculated automatically and displayed.

When will my order be shipped?

As soon as you place your order, we start processing it right away. Since our products are carefully handcrafted, production usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Your package is then handed over to the carrier.

How long does shipping take?

Once production is complete, the following average delivery times apply:

  • The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Rest of Europe: 3 to 5 business days.

How are the packages shipped?

Our packages are handed over to the carrier. The products are always packed securely and well protected using the same material as the product, so they arrive in perfect condition.

Where is my order?

As soon as we have produced and packed your order, we will email you a track & trace code. You can use it to easily track your package on the carrier's website. If anything goes wrong in transit, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We'll look into it with you!

Will all the products I ordered be delivered together?

Yes, we always try to ship all the products in your order to you together in one package.

What is your return policy?

Because all our letters and shapes are made to order and customized to your preferences, unfortunately it is not possible to return them. We therefore cannot accept returns of these products. Have any doubts about an order or has something gone wrong? Please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution!
Mounting
  • Consider using adhesive or double-sided tape to mount foam letters and shapes on surfaces such as walls, doors, or boards.
  • Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and flat before applying the adhesive or tape to ensure proper adhesion.
  • Apply an even layer of adhesive or double-sided tape to the back of the foam letters and shapes, and press them firmly against the surface where you want to mount them.
  • Hold the letters and shapes in place for a few moments to allow the adhesive or tape to bond properly.
  • Check that the letters and shapes are securely attached to the surface and remove any excess adhesive or tape for a neat finish.
Paint
  • Use water-based paint such as acrylic paint, latex paint, or wall paint to avoid damaging the styrofoam and to allow it to dry quickly.
  • Avoid paint based on turpentine or other solvents, as these can damage or melt the styrofoam.
  • First test the paint on a small piece of styrofoam to assess the adhesion and finish before applying it to the entire piece.
  • Water-based spray paint can also be used, but make sure to choose a spray can specifically suitable for styrofoam to prevent damage.
  • Apply the paint in thin layers to prevent the styrofoam from melting.
  • Let your creativity run wild and experiment with different colors and patterns to create unique designs.

Frequently Asked Questions about Expanding Foam Letters

Materials & Quality

What material do you work with?

We primarily produce with EPS 200 (high-quality expanded polystyrene with high compressive strength). We also work with XPS and EPP.
How fragile are the letters or objects?

EPS 200 is sturdy, but remains a foam product. It withstands normal use, but hard impacts can cause damage.
Are the products fire-safe?

Yes, we exclusively use flame-retardant EPS (SE quality: Self Extinguishing), which is often mandatory for trade shows and the hospitality industry.
What does the structure of the material look like?

EPS has a slight grain structure. With EPS 200, this is minimal but visible. An additional coating is required for a mirror-smooth finish.
Are the letters solid or hollow?

All our letters and objects are cut from solid EPS 200 for optimal sturdiness and a clean finish.
How heavy are the objects?

EPS is extremely lightweight. A 90x30 cm letter weighs only 4 to 8 kg. Ideal for trade shows or mounting on suspended ceilings.
Is EPS recyclable and environmentally friendly?

Yes, EPS is 100% recyclable and CFC-free. We recycle our own waste into new raw material.

Design & Possibilities

What are the maximum dimensions?

We cut from blocks measuring 2000x1200x1000 mm. Larger objects are created by expertly bonding sections together.
Can you also make 3D shapes or "blow ups"?

Absolutely! In addition to lettering, we create complex 3D sculptures and enormous blow-ups. We are happy to help with the technical execution.
Which colors and fonts are available?

Any font is possible. For the color, you can choose from our stock or provide your own RAL/Sikkens code. The paint is UV-resistant.
Can the letters stand on their own?

Yes, provided they are thick enough and have a flat underside. If necessary, we can add weights to the letters or attach a base plate.
What is the minimum thickness and accuracy?

We cut materials from 5 mm in thickness with an accuracy of approximately ± 1 mm. Please note: thinner material is more fragile.
